Design Build Division

The Design Build Division (DBD) is responsible for delivering capital improvement projects, including project development, funding coordination, construction management, and project implementation and delivery. DBD works in close coordination with the Engineering Services Division (ESD), which provides in-house engineering design and technical specifications, while DBD leads construction implementation. Together, they deliver street improvement projects including streetscapes, bikeways, pedestrian facilities, and safety enhancements, with a focus on sustainability and resiliency.
