Permit Application Submitted

Anyone seeking to remove a tree must apply for and receive a tree removal permit.

Application Reviewed

UFD receives the application, inspects the location, and communicates findings to the applicant.

Application Approved

Once all revisions are made, UFD issues the tree removal permit. If 3 or more trees are to be removed, a report must be presented to the Board of Public Works.

If the applicant cannot justify tree removal or if trees can be preserved by re-design, UFD will deny the application for a tree removal permit.
