ONE Infrastructure

StreetsLA’s ONE Infrastructure program brings a transformative approach to the way the City of Los Angeles completes major street improvement projects.

Through ONE Infrastructure, StreetsLA uses a holistic design approach that integrates multiple benefits into street repairs and improvements, thus maximizing our infrastructure investments and ensuring that communities see the benefits of our work within a faster, more efficient timeframe.
ONE Infrastructure utilizes StreetsLA’s asset management system to provide all of our core services on corridors together, including: access ramps, sidewalk repair, tree trimming/pruning, and resurfacing. The goal is to complete all of the improvements within a short period of time so that the infrastructure is maintained/upgraded around the same time. By considering the “gray” (hardscape), “green” (landscaping), and “blue” (water) infrastructure as ONE infrastructure, we can create streets that are safe, sustainable, equitable, and that prioritize the needs and characters of each community.
