Engineering Services Division

Engineering Services Division (ESD) is the Bureau’s lead division for the planning, design, and construction of public rights-of-way and other various public infrastructures. This includes implementing bureau-wide advanced planning efforts, reviewing major transit projects developed by LA Metro, and other miscellaneous transit-related projects.
